Lemon is something I grew up not liking and I have no clue why. As an adult I love it and have been doing my research on them. The number of benefits that you get from having lemon water or adding it to your food it crazy. I am still very new to this lifestyle and the changes are always coming, there is always something new to try. When you make any changes in your life its always best to go into it with an open mind, it makes the whole experience so much better. Anyway! Back to lemons . . .

A letter to my younger self. If I had known what being an adult would be like I wouldn’t have wished away my childhood so much. It’s important to look back and see what has made you the person you are today. I wish someone told me that loving yourself is the best thing that you can do for yourself and that it’s so important. Self-confidence is something that most people struggle with but we need to change that! It has taken me years to start accepting myself and I still have a long way to go, I will get there.
